More Than Just Rentals

Set & Celebrate was created from a love of gathering people together and making life’s moments feel special.

What started as helping decorate baby showers, birthdays, weddings, and celebrations for friends quickly turned into something more. Shannon naturally became the one everyone called for the creative vision, styling tables, finding the perfect details, and transforming spaces into something memorable. Along the way, we began collecting pieces from each event and realized we had built more than just décor… we had built the beginning of a business we truly loved.

With Shannon’s background in sales and eye for visual design, paired with Caitlin’s experience in hospitality, entertainment, event sales, and planning, Set & Celebrate was created to bring beautiful, elevated event rentals to Amarillo and the surrounding area.

We believe celebrations don’t have to be over-the-top to be meaningful. Whether it’s a backyard birthday, baby shower, wedding weekend, intimate dinner, or large celebration, we love helping create spaces that feel warm, welcoming, stylish, and uniquely personal.

As two Amarillo locals, it means so much to us to serve the community and hometown we love. Our goal is to make the planning process feel easier, more exciting, and genuinely fun for our clients, while helping bring their vision to life with thoughtfully curated rentals and details.
